Feeling anxious, nervous, or antsy is a natural part of life. But sometimes our feelings of fear and vigilance get in the way of our daily life and keep us from feeling relaxed and joyful. Come learn more about why we often feel anxious and how we can calm our minds and enjoy the good in life.

Member Sarah Bogdanovich has always turned towards helping others. After graduating from University of Virginia, she spent over a decade working with public health non-profit organizations. Then after the birth of her children, Sarah returned to school, earning a Master’s degree from University of New Hampshire, and built a career in mental health, focused on improving the health and well-being of children and their families.
