Helen Inge: Elixirs of the Amazon
Helen has been studying indigenous plant-based medicines and recently researched their use among a tribe in the Amazon area of Brazil. Indigenous peoples of the Amazon Basin have explored and used the botanical abundance of the most diverse ecosystem on earth as natural plant medicines in ceremony for thousands of years.
